New Fridge!

My mom gave us a VERY generous Christmas/housewarming present. On her visits, she'd seen our refrigerator. While it was acceptable, it was an older model and was beginning to show its age. Well, my mom surprised Carey and I with a gift card to Home Depot so we could buy a new refrigerator. We were blown away by my mom's generosity!

Of course, Carey set to work right away to determine what models were within our price range, would fit into the cabinet space in our kitchen, and were Energy Star rated. Luckily, there was a sale over President's Day weekend, plus we had another smaller gift card and LIPA (our local power company) was offering a rebate on Energy Star models. So, we were able to get exactly what we wanted!
