Another sign of Abby's growth: she took her first ride in her big girl stroller this weekend! While we gladly used the portable car seat in the stroller when Abby was younger, my little chubby bubby is getting a little too big for that car seat. (Her feet are almost hanging over the edge, and mommy and daddy both have sore backs from putting her in the car in that car seat...) So, while the big girl car seat will be installed this coming weekend, we took the inaugural ride in Abby's big girl stroller on Saturday. Thanks very much to Great Aunt Cheech, Great Aunt Eesh, and Great Aunt Anna for Abby's beautiful new stroller! (There's even a bit of orange on it. Go SU!)

Getting even bigger...
More proof that my little munchkin isn't so little anymore. This past weekend, Abby sat up on her own for the first time! She's still a bit wobbly, so Carey and I are never far away, but she is definitely sitting up on her own. The angle on this picture isn't great, but her little back is about 4 inches away from the back of the couch.

The new stroller with the rain cover on. (It wasn't raining, but I wanted to protect Abby from the wind...)
