Tot Music

What do you get for the baby who has everything? Carey and I had no idea what to get Abby for Christmas. Our family and friends have been so generous that Abby has plenty of clothing and toys as she grows. At one of the meetings of my New Mothers' Group, the lady who runs CFA's Tot Music class came in and gave a demonstration. Well, Abby seemed to enjoy the brief demo, so Carey and I decided that we'd sign her up for the class. It meets once a week for 10 weeks and focuses on exposing babies to music and rhythm.

Carey and Abby had their first meeting on Thursday, and Carey said they had a great time. I question whether or not Carey will be able to teach Abby rhythm, considering that he doesn't have any. :-) But, I'm glad to know that Abby enjoyed herself and has already started making friends with some of the other little kiddies at class!
