A bit sore at 34 weeks...

My little girl is beginning to make her mommy uncomfortable. But, as I can imagine that she's probably starting to get a bit cramped in there, I can't begrudge her making me feel the same way!

I've noticed that I'm just a bit sore all over. Getting up out of chairs is becoming more difficult. Luckily, I have a wonderful husband who is always willing to give me a hand. Or two, in most cases. :-) My maternity pillow is still a big help in the sleep department, so I'm still sleeping fairly well. (Last night wasn't a great night for sleep, but I think that's because my nose was running all night due to my cold.) My speed of motion seems to decrease in direct proportion to the growth of my belly. :-)

But, like I said, it's all going to be worth it. I can't wait to meet my baby girl and hold her in my arms. I can't wait to see Carey hold her for the first time, and I can't wait to see what she looks like. I can't wait to nurse her and rock her to sleep and read to her and see her first smile. I know that motherhood will be a HUGE challenge, but I am slowly realizing that I am ready for it (or as ready as I'll ever be) and that our little Abigail will make even the biggest challenges worth it!
