Lindsay is hosting the 2nd Annual Five Dollar Challenge. The challenge: spending only $5 (not including tax) at your local dollar store to create a beautiful piece of springtime decor to brighten your home. You can use certain things if you own them already (paint, glue, paper, fabric, tools), but otherwise, everything must come out of your $5 budget.
This will be a challenge for me since, well, as I mentioned above, I'm not very crafty. However, after looking at the beautiful framed artwork that Lindsay created last year, I'm game. The deadline is March 25th. I'm really looking forward to seeing what everyone else puts together with their $5, and hopefully I'll manage to create something that is cute, springy, and very "Ng."
