The last weekend in July was a special weekend that the Ngs had been looking forward to for quite some time. My cousin Dan was going to marry his beautiful fiancé Alison. Not only have I totally lucked out in the "Cousin" department, each person that my cousins have chosen to welcome into our family has been equally wonderful, and Ali is no exception. And aside from just looking forward to a weekend celebrating love and new beginnings with our family, Abby and Zach were invited to be part of the wedding party as the flower girl and ring bearer. I think Abby was a bit more excited that I was (but just a bit!). I couldn't wait to see my two cuties walk down that aisle!
It was a superb weekend for a wedding. After over a week of hazy, hot and humid weather, the ceremony took place at Cornell (Dan and Ali's alma mater) on a warm, sunny summer day. A reception at the beautiful Aurora Inn on Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region followed. The following photos can't really show what an amazing time we had, but it's a start!
