A Letter To My Husband
Dear Carey-
Today we celebrate two of the most important words that we have ever said to each other: I do. Nine years ago, we stood in front of God, our family and our friends and spoke those words.
I do... promise to love you through good times and bad. Unfortunately, our marriage has included some very difficult days, but we have been blessed with so many more of the good days.
I do... promise to try each and every day to be the best wife that I can be to you.
I do... promise to strive to raise our children in a house filled with love and the Word of God.
I do... promise to support you in whatever ways I can to help you reach your goals, both personal and professional.
But most importantly,
I do... promise to tell you "I love you" as many times as I can and mean it more each time the words leave my mouth.
Carey, you are a blessing. You are a good, honest, kind, intelligent, handsome man, and agreeing to marry you was the easiest and smartest decision I have ever made. I am blessed to call you my husband and the father of our children, and I can only pray that God will see fit to bless us with many more years together.
I love you, Carey!
