Bible in 90 Days - Checking in!

Today is Day 78 in the Bible in 90 Days reading program. Even though I didn't get the chance to read at all this weekend, I had read far enough ahead last week that I am about a half day ahead in my readings. Yay!

I know that I say this every week, but I really do love this program. I guess I'm the kind of girl who needs structure. I like the fact that there is a schedule which breaks down the entire Bible, day by day. I like that I have a group of people who encourage me, pray for me and hold me accountable.

This week, I finished the Gospels and moved on to Acts of the Apostles. The New Testament just seems to make more sense after reading the Old Testament so carefully and so recently. And each time I read the Gospels, I am left speechless and in awe of our awesome God.
