Momma said there'd be days like this...

When will these friggin' teeth get here???? This is the thought on my mind and, I'm sure, on my little munchkin's mind. Not having gone through teething before, I just don't know what to expect. Based on what I've heard from other people with little kiddies, teething can either be a non-issue or it can be awful. Abby has been drooling since she was three months old, with some days worse than others. The doctors told us that Abby was a "happy drooler" and that it wasn't teething. Well, the drool fountain has been turned up a notch, and I really believe that those pearly whites will be poking in soon. These are the days when we get pictures like the one above. Abby is fussy, drools like a St. Bernard, and will gnaw on anything that you put within reach, but especially chilled teething rings.

But, then we have days like this...Abby will be happy and smiley and act like absolutely nothing is bothering her. I'm so confused!!!

Whether her teeth come in now or later, I just want her to be comfortable and happy. And, if it must, let the drool continue. I'm water-proof. :-P
