Today, our baby girl was baptized. It was an amazing day, and we were lucky to be able to share it with family and friends. I'll have more pictures soon, but in the meantime, here are a few photos from today. (Abby was such a good girl. She didn't make a peep during the entire ceremony.) May God bless our little girl always!!
Abigail is the third generation Kowalczyk to wear this baptismal dress. It was worn by my mom and my four aunts at their baptisms, as well as by Kate and I at our baptisms.
As the deacon was pouring the Holy Water over her head, Abigail lifted up her arm and the deacon joked that Abby wanted to help. :-)
