Fireflies!

I have to say, one of the neatest things that I've noticed about our new neighborhood is the abundance of fireflies at night! Being a country girl myself, I grew up in the great outdoors and, hence, around all sorts of bugs. Having lived in Syracuse and then Hoboken for so many years, I'd almost forgotten how cool it is to walk around (or even just look out the window) after it gets dark and see those little fireflies moving around outside. Just one more reason why I love our new house!
